Fennelly, who has served on the Atlas HXM board since September 2025, brings more than 30 years of experience in leading global technology, information services, and human capital businesses.

Fennelly joins from Lionbridge, a pioneer and leader in localization, games, and AI services, where as President and CEO since 2017 he has led more than 7,000 employees and built innovative technology solutions while delivering consistent growth. Before Lionbridge, he was CEO of HireRight, a global leader in HR technology serving more than 40,000 customers. Here, Fennelly led a major transformation program that delivered record revenue and earnings growth.
